Governance
The YingHua International School Board of Directors is the governance board responsible for formulating the school’s long-term policy and direction and communicating that to the Head of School. The Board comprises current and former parents as well as community members. Each member of the Board has demonstrated dedication to the school’s long-term success. The Board gives the Head of School broad discretion in the day-to-day management and administration of the school, personnel decisions, curriculum, and discipline issues.
Board Policies
YingHua International School’s Board of Directors establishes policies that support the school’s mission, long-term direction, and effective governance. These policies are aligned with the principles and practices of the International Baccalaureate and reflect our commitment to maintaining a thoughtful, mission-driven, and globally minded learning community.
