Welcome

It brings me great joy to join the YingHua family as the Interim Head for the 2023-2024 school year. As my 25th year in education commences, I am eager to draw upon my experiences as an elementary school principal, assistant principal, classroom teacher, and time in Taipei, Taiwan and Shenzhen, China as an English as a Foreign Language educator.

Founded in 2007, YingHua is an international Chinese language immersion school with International Baccalaureate (IB) inquiry-based learning. Home to children ages 18 months through grade 8, we are a diverse and inclusive community. Our students develop the tools, skills and confidence necessary to be successful in YingHua and beyond. Our dedicated, collaborative and passionate teachers work diligently to forge authentic relationships, individualize instruction, and inspire children to take creative and intellectual risks in order to reach new heights. We closely partner with our parent community to further support our students and enhance their overall learning experience.
