Vendors - Join Us!

Vendor applications for our Spring Night Market are now open! Do you have something cherished from your ethnic and cultural heritage that you're eager to share with others? Is there a tradition close to your heart that you're passionate about preserving and passing on? We're seeking independent vendors to join us in celebrating AAPI heritage and culture in the Greater Princeton Area!

Whether you're a first-time vendor or an established one, if you're interested in showcasing authentic art, merchandise, or food inspired by the richness of Asian and Pacific Islander traditions, we invite you to be a part of this vibrant event. Let's come together to celebrate our AAPI community's ethnic and cultural diversity in the heart of Princeton!

Vendor RequirementsEquipment: Vendors must provide all of their own equipment required for their setup, including tables, chairs, lights, displays, and any other items necessary for their operation. Electricity is available for vendors who need it - just be sure to note this requirement in your application form!

Booth/tent decorations: Vendors are responsible for decorating their own booths/tents. We encourage vendors to consider adding festive decorations to enhance the atmosphere of the market. Festive decorations can help create a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Food Vendors: All food vendors must possess a food handler's permit and a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from Princeton's Health Department. If your booth requires an open flame, a Fire Safety Permit is also required.

Performers - Come one, Come all!

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for talented individuals and groups to take the stage and share their artistry with our community.

Join us for an unforgettable event where we'll celebrate the vibrant tapestry of AAPI heritage through music, dance, spoken word, and more. We're seeking performers of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring their unique talents to our stage.

Performances should be no longer than 5 minutes at a time (unless separated into parts), allowing us to feature a wide variety of acts throughout the event. Whether you specialize in traditional folk dances, contemporary music, or anything in between, we welcome you to showcase your art and help us create an unforgettable experience for our audience.

Come one, come all! If you're interested in being a part of this celebration of AAPI cultures, please fill out our Stage Performer Application below and submit it by April 15, 2024. We can't wait to see the incredible talent that our community has to offer!
